Overview

Physiology is the scientific study of functions and mechanisms in a human body. In simple words, it’s the study of how the human body works.

The department of Physiology is actively involved in imparting education to undergraduate students and postgraduate students with an elaborate curriculum. The aim is to impart theoretical knowledge, develop innate skills in various hematological, amphibian, human practical, and clinical examinations to enhance their understanding of topics, and develop the ability to reason.

The department has all the research facilities and promotes research activities.

The department has got:
Demonstration Room - Fitted with strip chairs, overhead projector, slide projector, television, video, and other audiovisual, Practical, Amphibian, and mammalian laboratories.

Human Laboratories:

Hematology Lab - Provided with continuous working tables, an electric point, and fire/steam proof top, including provisions for light sources on each table.
A clinical physiology laboratory
