It is committed to training the next generation of leaders in the field, with training opportunities for medical students' education, training of otolaryngology residents, and otolaryngologic research.
The department provides care to ENT patients' needs in general and imparting highly specialized tertiary services. It also carries out various investigations like audiometry, impedance audiometry, brain stem evoked response audiometry, otoacoustic emissions, electronystagmography, etc. Rehabilitation through hearing aids and speech therapy is provided to patients under trained audiologists and speech therapists.
