Overview

Anesthesiology is the branch of medicine that is focused on the relief of pain before, during, or after surgical procedures.

The Department oif Anesthesiology, is well-equipped to provide state-of-the-art services. Anaesthisia, Critical Care, and Pain Management is one of the medical college’s largest departments.

The Department provides comprehensive Anesthesia Care to various clinical departments, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Ophthalmology. Anesthesia care is also offered to MRI and CT rooms and other ambulatory anesthesia procedures.

The Department also caters to the various ICU s which are well equipped with ventilators, multi-parameter patient monitors, and renal replacement therapy. It also conducts regular academic activities to impart knowledge and ensure patient safety.
